All my services are fully customised, particularly in relation to the menu. I will work with you to get an understanding of what you want, but just about anything is possible. This includes degustation menus for a special dinner or lunch party, canapes for any occasion, or any special requirements you may have.

I have designed this dining experience to appeal to all, a little more casual but flavours are key. A family style menu – prepared and cooked in front of you, starting with home made bread and butter, small plates, large plates, sides, and dessert.
Hunter Gatherer
Collecting goodies in the tide pools and foraging for coastal sea herbs. I want to bring this love I have for the ocean and the outdoors to your table. I will create a magical experience that screams New Zealand, you will never forget it!
