Once upon a time, that dreaded 6am alarm went off waking me up for a busy 16-hour shift in the restaurant. Now I look forward to it! Being up and on the rocks fishing for the break of light. Targeting New Zealand’s giant Yellow Tail Kingfish, smashing Kina for that big Snapper. Collecting goodies in the tide pools and foraging for coastal sea herbs.

I want to bring this love I have for the ocean and the outdoors to your table. I will create a magical experience that screams New Zealand, you will never forget it!
